John Mills will be giving a talk at The Connecticut Old State House in Hartford, CT on February 8th, 2024 at 6pm ET.

The talk will focus on legislation that was passed in CT, specifically those passed in the Old State House that led to the creation of the 29th Connecticut Colored Regiment in November 1863.

The event is open to the public so please attend if you can! The Connecticut Old State house is located at 800 Main Street in Hartford, CT.
