On September 21, 2025 from 2:00pm - 4pm, John Mills will be participating in a Human Library implementation in Brooklyn, NY. John will be one of the human books.

This is a concept developed by a Denmark-based non-profit. In a nutshell, the public will be able to check-out humans like books for a 30 minute conversation, each of whom have specific life experience relative to different marginalized communities.

The event is taking place at ShapeShifter Lab in Brooklyn, 837 Union Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
